Parcus

A person, or persons, behaving in such a defenseless, vulnerable, unathletic, and weak state as to DEMAND to be made fun of by stronger, faster, and bigger individuals.

while the boys were at track practice:
guy1: "Hey guys look over there! Its Marcus! He just fails as a man, lets go dance around him and tease him!!!"
marcus: "*snivel snivel*"
group of teasing boys: "MARCUS IS A PARCUS, MARCUS IS A PARCUS!"
