Nouch is a combination of "No" and "ouch" its expressing how you feel before and after something unpleasent happens

Your friend moves to slap you, you yell "Nouch!" to express you not wanting the action to happen, and how you feel once it happens

Nouche is an offensive term referring towards someone who may or may not be new to any particular social function, but demonstrates a certain amount of noobidness, such as in gamming or basic social interaction,while at the same time demonstrating douche like qualities.
