muzzletoff

i.e. mazel tov, lit. meaning "good fortune" in Hebrew and Yiddish. Jewish people use this expression to congratulate each other when something good happens, meaning something like good for you, well done, or congratulations.
A: I just passed my driving test.

Mazzeltov is the only correct way of spelling the originally jewish word for "luck", or even "godspeed" if you like. Often misspelled as mazeltov, mazzletof or a combination of the two.

Mozzletoff 

1. A name given to someone when one has mozzled someone's toff, in plain words, when someone has sexual relations with a Jew, but ONLY while being intoxicated. This certain situation involves anal intercourse and the Jew deficating on the mozzler's chest.
1. "Lastnight I drank WAY too much at a party and this morning I woke up a Mozzletoff. I hate Wodka. My chest is still brown."
