Combination of the words job and problem, used to describe a job problem, or a problem at your job.

'Oh buddy, I don't remember anything from that staff party, but from the texts on my phone, I think I may/may not have a serious joblem on Monday.'

'I quit my job yesterday, today I get a phone call saying they are firing me. Joblem what?'
