Hokster is a slang insult in portuguese used when someone wants to call another person a pedophile without carrying the same weight as the actual word. It can also be used as a verb when someone does or say something suspicious related to the meaning of the word

Holster Whore

Women who sleep with law enforcement officers, but would never have done so had they not been a cop. Holster whores will often work their way through entire police departments, sometimes even as large as a Sheriff's department.

Holster whores are sometimes themselves law enforcement officers, or dispatchers / clerical workers at police departments. Their close proximity to cops will eventually wear down their inhibitions until all they see is a badge, gun, and the ability to beat people up and not get in trouble.
