Small doses of cocoa / dark chocolate (i.e. no milk) as a mood stabilizer, releasing endorphins without increasing insulin or adrenaline & without over-calcifying the Pineal Gland, helping to face the troubles that you're _not actually 'fine' about.

To Julia Howard something is when someone milks an accident they were involved in for attention or for a pass on something.

Store manager: "Ma'am I'm going to have to ask you to leave, you can't peel a banana and eat it without paying for it."
