a term used to describe conditions of extreme poverty, usually refering to a person's wealth and posessions.

Father: Hey son, can I borrow 5 dollars? I left my wallet at home.

Son: Sorry dad, I have Glumy bank.

Father: ffs... son, i am disappoint
