ESOP

(BUSINESS) Employee stock ownership plans are qualified retirement plans designed to invest in the stock of the companies that adopt them. The idea is that by participating in these plans, employees become, over time, owners of their own employers. However, in most cases employee ownership does not translate into employee control.

ESOP's are usually set up as an employee benefit trust; the employees' retirement pension fund is invested in shares of the company. ESOP contributions are tax deductible, so the company basically gets a tax break for its employee benefits. The downside of this is that the employees are totally dependent for their retirement on a single company, rather than many (as with an ordinary pension plan).

In 1974, the US Congress passed ERISA. This imposed rules for the organization and vesting of pension plans. It established rules for setting up an ESOP. Eventually, thousands of ESOP's were set up.

Sen. Russell Long (D-LA) managed to use his senior position and powerful connections to push for laws that promoted ESOP's. The immense tax advantages caused ESOP's to be widely adopted. Later, those provisions were eliminated but the ESOP's remain.

Esoporp 

The handle attached to fold-up tables making them easier to carry. Often made out of rope with a rubber handle or simply plastic with the capability to flip up or down. Requires an esoporp repairman to fix if snapped off.

Lord knows how I'd lift this fold-up table if it wasn't for the handy esoporp.

Esophagus Annihilater 

Simply a term used to describe a dong of gigantic proportion.

We were at a party and I was taking June to a room to get some action. I opened the door to Tim’s room, and holy shit what did I see, Tammy was sucking the shit out of his Esophagus Annihilater. Oddly enough, Tammy was out sick with a severely sore throat. Poor girl!

Esopo 

1) When male genitalia exceeds 8'' it is often referred to as Esopo.

2) Less common, Esopo is the italian version of Aesop.

Girl 1: dammmmmn, we had fun last night !!

esophoblock 

The process of eating really dry food, such as chicken or french bread, when the food becomes temporarily lodged in your throat causing a feeling similar to choking; can be fixed by drinking liquid or buttering your food!

Man 1: Hey dude you choking?
Man 2: No... I ate some dry chicken and now I have esophoblock!
Man 1: Gimme your chicken then!

esophagasm 

1.) Throwing up at the same time as having an orgasm.

A.) Receiving so much pleasure from the act of throwing up that you have an orgasm.

B.) Eating food or drinking a beverage that tastes as good coming up as it does going down.

EXAMPLES
1.) The girl was getting double teamed and had an orgasm just as the man in front gagged her and made her vomit: an esophagasm.
2.) Last night I drank so much that I had to puke to make room for more beer. It felt so good when I did that I had an esophagasm.
