Dongmentia

Dongmentia is an unfortunate condition, similar to dementia, but in regards to Dongs. As a result of this horrific condition, the said individual could have a line up of all the dongs that have jackhammered them, and have no recollection.

Documentia 

Syndrome old Technical Writers get, especially those in the Technical Writing too long. Symptoms include forgetfulness, confusing simple words like there and their (words that have been commonplace for their entire careers) and replacing pictures with 1,000 words each. Similar to Alzheimer's or Dementia in the average public.

The Tech Writer knew he had succumbed to documentia when he replaced a photograph of a beautiful sunset with a corresponding 1,000 word description.

a mental illness that exists in the business world where someone, usually a manager, falsely believes that documentation will not only solve all possible problems that may occur, but also produce employees with an identical skill set and complete knowledge on the subject documented.

The grueling, boring act of documenting large software systems, when none of the knowledgable staff is willing to assist in providing content nor review, and management is unwilling to provide funding nor direction for those responsible for completing the task.

Now that the software product has completed the coding phase, we are now faced with documentia before shipping the product.

A disease which involves the patient constantly worrying about the end of the world. Typically the average 8 year old ipad baby who thinks a volcano on the other side of the planet is going to cause a mass extinction. It is contagious through speaking with the person carrying it; the more you speak to them, the more you become like them.
