A disease which involves the patient constantly worrying about the end of the world. Typically the average 8 year old ipad baby who thinks a volcano on the other side of the planet is going to cause a mass extinction. It is contagious through speaking with the person carrying it; the more you speak to them, the more you become like them.

Person 1: Yo Yo! What's up?

0fiiz (ipad baby): Did you know that the world is in the worst state it's ever been? A global recession is coming in 200 years.. it's over..

Whenever I get dementia, I switch from Super Mario Bros. to Super Mario 64, and when I get sick of both, I crave a fourth-dimensional Mario game, so now I'll have dementia until Nintendo makes that.
