Dickscarf 

A dickscarf is a scarf (usually made of coarse wool) worn draped around the dick in any way. During the winter it is used as a utility to keeping your dick warm. At other times of the year it is merely a fashion statement, a damn good one at that.

Often used as a polar opposite to a asshat.
