Cybertorture was defined by Professor Nils Melzner of the United Nations in February 2020. CyberTorture
victims are also known as Targeted Individuals. The
definitions were set into place due to the high exposure of Targeted Individual Julian Assange.
CyberTorture victims are victims of non consenting biomedical
experimentation including medical device implants, radiation experiments, modern MkUltra under the 5 Eyes terror watch lists and the TOTAL INFORMATION AWARNESS campaign.
Victims are often tortured by
experimentation over their entire lives until death. In other situations an
unfortunate individual may have upset a powerful individual who has ties to several military contractors who experiment on people in a 39 billion dollar industry also known as Body area networks, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Device testing and weapons testing.
Research and Development grants globally are not capped and never monitored for slavery (of a cybertorture victim) by the research facility making direct contact annually before a judge to ensure the patient is safe.
A victim is mocked, tortured and ignored by medical facilities that they turn to for help as those facilities are often engaged in the CyberTorture.
CyberTorture is Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment of punishment
