Crappaq (noun) describes hardware manufactured by Compaq / HP. Crappaq is a word created of the two things crap and Compaq and intends to describe the quality of the hardware by those manufacturers.

Chappaquiddick  

The Chappaquiddick incident refers to the circumstances surrounding the 1969 death of Mary Jo Kopechne, a former staff member in Senator Robert F. Kennedy's 1968 presidential campaign. Edward Kennedy was driving a car with Kopechne as his passenger when the Senator drove off Dike Bridge into the channel between Chappaquiddick Island and Martha's Vineyard. The Senator swam to safety, but Kopechne died in the car. Kennedy left the scene and did not call authorities until after Kopechne's body was discovered the following day. He pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and was sentenced to two months in jail, suspended.

Chappaquiddick Island is a small island off the eastern end of the larger island of Martha's Vineyard and is part of the town of Edgartown, Massachusetts

Crappa 

A type of coffee. It consists of one part lukewarm instant coffee, watered down liberally with four to ten parts lukewarm water. This kind of coffee is most frequently found being served in office lunch rooms.
If you ingest more than a pint of crappa, it is suggested that you immediately contact the nearest hospital or poison control center. Immediate effects include vomiting, laziness, disorientation and resentment (more so than usual) towards one's boss and co-workers; long term effects include acceptance of the fact that with your current salary, you'll never be able to afford anything better than crappa; and in this economy, you're not getting a better job, either.

Crappa is not coffee. No, it is something much worse than hell. Something Satan himself wouldn't shit on.

[Chappaqua] 

the richest town in Northern Westchester. Home to JAPs, jews, and maybe 2 black families. The public schools are more like private schools and the houses are bigger than the apartment buildings in NYC. The high school parking lot has nicer cars than all of the facility put together. Little 4-year-old girls are wearing designer clothes from head to toe, let alone high schoolers. All of the guys customize their shoes and buy new pairs every week. Summers are spent at camp and in the hamptons, winters in Aspen and the caribbian. In the 7th and 8th Grade Bar/Bat Mitzvahs take up all of the weekends with more than 150 to go to. Most often than not, only the father works and he brings in more money to take care of 50 other families in the town. All through high school, there are many parties attended where all the kids get wasted and are high. Every girl falls for every guy and is a total whore and slut. No parent cares what their child is doing on a friday and saturday nights, even if they are drinking and getting high. Chappaqua is the most spoiled town in Northern Westchester.
