Despite sounding great, there are health risks to internal Chestes. For one thing, these cannot produce thick, course milky goodness, rather, these produce what is known as milky gaseousness. This acts as a natural male repellent, which is great if you're a feminist, though in that case you don't have to worry about getting a boyfriend anyway. Internal Chestes are also believed to be correlated with a deadly disease known as Boobulous denysucculentious. This disease causes females to think boobs don't matter. They do.
