Bureda has a kind heart and spirit who will go to extremes to help those in need. Bureda is a mix breed who likes to walk in the sand on any kind of weather day and enjoys it. She is a hard working soul that loves her maker and holds her head up high with love for him. She is a one of a kind!!! She loves riding bikes, climbing the hills, hunting for herbs, is a bird watcher and enjoys all the beauties of our sweet earth.

If a friend needs to make cash Bureda is the type of person to supply you with the means to earn the cash, like if you will cut grass she will buy you a lawn mower so you can keep on earning the cash you need. If you are a quilt maker she will help you cut out patterns. If you are sad she will cry with you or try hard to bring a smile to your face.

Bureaucratic Masturbation

noun - 1. Engaging in any activity for the sake of making one feel better about themselves, their organization, or their company without actually accomplishing anything. 2. Holding meetings to provide recommendations only to have management do what they wanted in the first place. 3. Holding special work group meetings to make the 'little people' feel ownership, when the decision has already been made by higher levels of management.

My boss has picked me to suffer through more Bureaucratic Masturbation, representing the department on a policy work group.
I spent the last 3 months researching the best candidate for the position and the Boss picked his pet employee anyway. God I hat Bureaucratic Masturbation!

The transient feeling of ecstasy derived from finally overcoming the obstacles put in your way by bureaucrats – which only lasts until you think about how much of your time & money they’ve wasted.

After three Civic Building Inspectors and an independent engineer’s report, I felt pure bureaucrastasy at finally receiving the permit to add a sundeck onto my back porch.
