wackbar

Someone who says complete gibberish. From the urban-english "whack", meaning crazy and "bar" meaning Isaac. It applies to those who talk about star formations having a profound effect on the world, religiously, as we know it. Wackbars tend to live around populated bus stops.

That wackbar preached to the back of my head for twenty minutes.

wacbaby is what some t-mobile cell-phones will output if the predictive text is on and the user attempts to type "waaaaay". Hence, wacbaby is used in the same sense as the word waaaaay and is simply an exaggerated form of the word "way".
