Derived from "vulgar" and "vulgarity". Means to be deliberately vulgar in fashion and style, like adapting a pornstar look or being scantily clad. The vulgo look can be seriously, humorously, or ironically adapted, but it is always deliberate. Otherwise, it is not vulgo.

A term used for extremely intelligent and cool people or things. It can be used as an adjective or as a noun to describe whatever you think is better then you and the people in your direct surroundings. This term came alive a few years after the death of Jesus Christ. (Rumor: There was a priest named Vulgos who lived near Jerusalem that slayed the three Roman soldiers that killed Christ, using only his mind) In the present, it is used by a Dutch forumite, seen on "WWW.GUNK.BE". He offcourse, is equally cool and intelligent. The term is somewhat unknown in the normal world, but widely used on forums and the likes...

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
