Victoriabc: The cesspool of British Columbia and what is supposed to be the capital. A place where most of the mentally ill and drug-addicted are shipped due to (aside from Vancouver) the mild climate.
Subjective stance: victoriabc. Don't move here if you like lollypops and sunshine. Human poop on the sidewalks and bumpiss every inch of town. Reeks on the sunny days. Lots of stabbings and aggravated assaults.
Non-subjective stance: victoriabc: 3 dressed up as a 9. still a sad rundown(yet still afloat) shithole. Minus tourist season(still smells like bumpiss due to doughts)
