It basically defines someone as a cheap person, who loves Tans and Tanlines, tall and obsessed with Kpop even though he/she doesn’t know them. It can either be boy or girl and can have a variety of terms. Such as for a girl you have Tacky Tanny Tan. This usual person is obsessed with Computer Engineering and is part of a band (usually answers can vary.)

Tacky

Vulgar, of bad taste, loud, flashy, stupid and ugly. Bogans and female chavs often display outrageous tackiness without an ounce of shame. A vestimentary choice that says "I'm an ignorant, tasteless idiot and I'm pretty proud of it, thank you very much". A way to show your economic and intellectual poverty by dressing up in a way that immediately grabs attention, but also stabs you in both the retinas. A tacky person not only obviously lacks taste (and doesn't give a fù*$) but also really, really stands out in a crowd, and not in a good way. Someone who is very bad at basic fashion and has a totally delusional innate sense of self worth.

A men's jacket, most commonly the color white. Primarily bought at stores like express or the men's section of forever 21, the jacket has a high collar that is often left unzipped- framing the face in the most homosexual way possible.

The thacket will most often be worn with an american eagle shirt and matching white shoes. Wearers of the thacket are usually gay.
