A combination of the English word "Truth" and the Te Reo or Maori word: "Tumeke" which is translated to "too much" and is usually said in a way of gratitude. The phrases "Truthmeke" and or "Struthmeke" are words of affirmation and flexibility as the words have no real meaning so they can be used in any conversation especially in 'talking shit'.
