Any TV program, including typical teen dramedies and animes, that contains huge amounts of fanservice that is usually aimed towards girls or the more romantically inclined audience in general.

Usually results in blushing and loud SQUEEEEEs from fangirls, hence the name.

Two examples of squeeTV include Sonny With a Chance and Ouran High School Host Club.
