When someone chicken's out of doing something/doesn't do do something because they're scared.

1.) The act of performing actions that are similar to those of a stereotypical shitbag.

2.) The refined art of evading any and all forms of work to get others bitched at, and maintain a complete lack of usefulness.

Shitebaggy is a phrase used to describe an action or the way a person is acting, it is often used when the person in question is seen to be acting in a low manner or if they are scared of something.
