This word is the definition of a scientific answer with a play on words and has not yet been included into English grammar but is used in secondary and primary science departments. It basically has the same meaning of scientific.

Part of his schtick is intentional bad spelling, made up words, and really bad grammar. But, none of that seems to matter, because he has quite a following, and people bid on and purchase his obscure scam-type pieces.
