A habitual user of marijuana.
Containing or related to a person "addicted" to consuming or smoking marijuana on a daily basis. Usually multiple times a day due to stress or any reason they feel necessary. The person feels it is completely normal to have this habit.
A person who would be defined a stoner, pothead, or burnout.

Someone addicted to Texas Hold'em Poker. This person will drive long distances for a good poker game and will keep a spreadsheet of their overall wins and losses. This person will also watch the World Series of Poker on ESPN - even watching re-runs when they already know what is going to happen. They probably also have the special Tommy Bahama shirt with the playing cards on the back of it. Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
