The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) is a charity campaigning and working in child protection in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. And also this organisation is offering support to children themselves.
If your neighbours are providing acts of cruelty to their children, call good guys from NSPCC and they will definitely help.
