Notodden

Notodden is a crap place in Telemark, Norway.
Famous for blues (Notodden Bluesfestival), metal and rånere (people who have no life, and live in their cars. The drive up and down the same street about 200 times a day, with techno/country-music blasting out of their speakers).

"So, where are you from?"
"Oh, you know. That crap place called Notodden."
