A word typically used when moving furniture or household items. It refers to changing the orientation of the object being moved in a cramped hallway or tight spot in order to slide it in, or make it fit.

We had to meshuggy the couch at the landing of the stairwell to make the turn.

A Yiddish word for crazy or crazy person. Many times it can be used as a term of endearment by Jewish Grandmothers or Babushkas.

My grandson is such a meshugga but he is so adorable... and needs to eat more!
