It originates from the porn video titled ‘hot milf fucks macanic’ which is a typo, they changed the name to ‘hot milf fucks mechanic’. In the video they use a wrench as a ‘toy’. This influenced many people to use a wrench for their pleasure and call it themselves ‘macanics’.
