Every lungtear is a quiet promise. I’m bettering myself one day at a time. One hit, one breath, one intentional step toward being kinder, stronger, more present. No overnight glow ups just consistent, hazy progress. Showing up for the mirror, for the journal, for the people who need to see someone keep going even when it’s heavy.
