lung·tear (ˈlʌŋˌtɛər)
Definition:
That soul shaking pull from the bong that rips through your chest like it’s tearing down walls , clearing out yesterday’s doubts, negativity, and bullshit so fresh air and real growth can rush in. It’s the burn that reminds you you’re still here, still fighting, still choosing to level up.
Every lungtear is a quiet promise. I’m bettering myself one day at a time. One hit, one breath, one intentional step toward being kinder, stronger, more present. No overnight glow ups just consistent, hazy progress. Showing up for the mirror, for the journal, for the people who need to see someone keep going even when it’s heavy.
This page is me sharing that journey. raw days, elevated nights, bong rips that spark motivation instead of escape. If you’re out there grinding to be the best version of yourself, I’m right here cheering. keep going. One foot in front of the other, one deep breath after another. You’ve got this. We’re in it together.
sai just hit a fat lungtear and now he’s out here manifesting his best self.”

Serial Monogamist

Someone who jumps from one relationship immediately into another one.

Serial monogamists can not stand to be alone and often suffer from vast commitment and insecurity issues.

Because they jump into relationships immediately after the previous one has ended, serial monogamists typically don't take the time to reflect on their behavior or why their previous relationships failed; thus, they end up making the same relationship mistakes over and over again.
Person 1: Damn, Dustin already has a new girlfriend?! It's only been two weeks since he broke up with his fiance! I think he's a sociopath.

Person 2: No, he's a serial monogamist...
