Hunsinger's Disease

A psychological condition in which the subject must compulsively purchase clever domain names, based on their availability rather than on any perspective use for them.

This differs from domainer, in that sufferers of Hunsinger's Disease frequently have no intention or capability of monetizing their purchases.

Named for Ed Hunsinger, a computer programmer and well-known figure in Silicon Valley, who is owner of hundreds of clever, unused domain names.

The only cure for Hunsinger's disease is Godaddy.com. Just try registering a domain there and you'll see why.

A "Hunskelper" is an honourary title given to a player by the Celtic support in recognition of his achievements in playing his part in consistently scoring against Rangers of a high quality that it led to victories, or the man has consistently played a strong part in the side to thwart Rangers from victory. The player will have played his part in the respective matches such that his performance was of a standard that would rankle with the Rangers fans.

Derived from "Hun" - A commonly used term for a person affiliated with manky Rangers and the verb "to skelp" (to hit or beat)

Neil Lennon? He's a Hunskelper. Alan Thompson? Hunskelper.

Hunkie

A person of Eastern European descent. Used as a derogatory term in the early 1900s to describe poor working immigrants from mainly Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine looking for work in industrialized regions of the United States.

There are so many hunkies on my block that this whole town smells like stuffed cabbages.
