Refers to the term fun. Experiencing more fun either in Texas with people with hispanic decent or having more fun. Using "ito" refers to something smaller in the Spanish language. Used here means the opposite, more fun. Slang term. Also, to enphasize the word use spanish words like muy, mucho, etc.
You should have come to the bar last night, it was muy funito!
