The feeling of numbness after exposing your feet to cold temperatures even though they were dressed appropriately for the conditions.

My 2 year old daughter coined the term after a frigid nighttime walk in the stroller and tried to say "my foot is cold" but came out as footsicle!
My feet feel like a pair of footsicles!
