A person whose head is empty, except for the drama that their mind is consumed with creating. Someone who is constantly causing drama and problems.

Daniel keeps causing shit, he's such a dramabot.

A person who starts drama and never finishes it. Also characterised by inability to deal with drama about them.

"You hear Brooke started another fight?"
"She's such a dramabot.."
