Dashboarding

The act of jumping to the xbox dashboard or turning the xbox off after having a bad round of Call of Duty to save your kill Death ratio.

Someone goes 2 and 15 in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and turns his/her xbox off (Dashboarding) before the game goes back to the pre-game lobby. Therefore eliminating their poor round.

To exit to the Xbox 360 Dashboard. Dashboarding is somewhat common in Infinity Ward's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 when the player is looking to preserve their kill/death ratio or avoid a Tactical Nuke that was earned through boosting.
