Corpspeak

Words or phrases used by management or other dick-sucking bureaucrats at a business that have no innate meaning and will leave you confused as to what the hell they're trying to say.

Examples include: synergy, intelligence, integrated, streamlined, core competencies, skin in the game, etc.

Businesses with shitty or unimaginative names usually have some sort of combination of these terms like "Syntelligence" or "Tech-Synergy"

Manager: "It seems to me that by breaking down the silos, we can better leverage our respective core competencies and ensure that we win in this space. Without cross-channel implementation of new paradigms, we won't have a chair at the adults' table."

Catspeak

Nonsensical or glaringly incorrect grammar usage, usually found in internet typing. The presence of catspeak usually indicates that somebody let their cat use the computer.

Catspeak is used by non-cats, for humorous effect, in cat-themed image macros.

Examples of catspeak:

This is too many breads!

Surrender all your nutrient.

Chatspeak

Chatspeak, aka netspeak. This is a form of speech in which one shortens words and replaces the letter "s" with the letter "z" in an effort to save time and look cool. Chatspeakers also rarely use capitalization or correct punctuation.

Chatspeakers are generally looked down on by people who can actually spell and who have enough self-respect to type out a real sentence.

Chatspeak can never be considered 'literate.'

Girls- girlz, grlz, grrlz, gurlz
Mate- m8
Skater- sk8er
