Shy/Asshole Confusion

Coined by Larry David in the "The Acupuncturist" episode of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm", Shy/Asshole Confusion is when one mistakes a shy person's quiet demeanor for that of an asshole.
Larry: I don't know why you call him an asshole. He's not an asshole, he's just shy.

Cheryl: No, he's not shy. He thinks he's smarter than everbody else and he sits there and he judges and he-

Larry: No, he doesn't, he's just shy! You've got shy/asshole confusion, my friend.

confusament

An imaginary legal term referenced by public defenders; Intended to be a mixture of confusion and argument.
I saw two people engaged in confusament at the Big "B".

Sandy and Jimbo always have some sort of confusament when they arrive at a scene.

When you are so confused you literally are confusion

Postcoital Confusion

The confused state that one is in directly following an orgasm. In this state things can be said, agreed to, or promised that are not really meant. It is Postcoital Bliss with a variable.
Larry asked me if I loved him and in my postcoital confusion I said yes.

Target Confusion

Occurs in dialogue. When someone says something so idiotic, there are so many possible jokes you could make; you don't know which one to go for, and end up saying nothing.
1 - "That tooth still buggin' ya?"
2 - "Yeah, i had to get an implant the other day. You ever had an uh, an implant in your mouth?"
1 - O_o "I think that's what they call Target Confusion. So many jokes i could have made, i just didn't know which one to go for."

Organized Confusion

Messy, splintered into 1000 pieces, all over the place, yet meticulously together and beautifully chaotic. A description of pivitol points in the music of the legendary band Nirvana. "Organized Confusion" is the name of the demo recorded by Kurt Cobain in December 1982 at his Aunt Mari Earl's house. Today is February 20, 2015. Kurt Cobain was born on February 20, 1967, and died by self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head on April 5, 1994. He would have been 48 years old today.
Equipped with his electric guitar, Earl's bass, an empty pink Samsonite suitcase and a set of wooden spoons, 15 year old Kurt Cobain set about laying down tracks on Earl's TEAC A-2340 recorder. He named the resulting demo Organized Confusion.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.

Surf Dracula Syndrome

A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.

For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
I watched "Smallville" on Netflix the other day. Dude, it was ten seasons of filler before he finally flew! Major Surf Dracula Syndrome!
