A cougar who demonstrates extaordinary levels of tackiness and/or hotness usually by choosing fashions which ceased to be age-appropriate years ago. She is often characterized as a woman over 40, who has obviously had multiple plastic surgery procedures, usually involving breast augmentation and lip plumping, and who wears a tube top with Bebe spelled in rinestones, a leopard-print minidress or any other equally skimpy and tasteless outfit with 5 inch clear-plastic heels.

Amie: The one in the tasteful cocktail dress?
