Word often used in Costa Rica to denotate "coolness". It usually used as an exclamation following the word "que".

Que carro mas chuso!
What a cool car!

Used in Puerto Rico; the weird mustache phase where it's not thick but it's growing. It's an in between mustache, tha awkward phase.

"Hey look Edwin used to have a chuso"
"I'm glad he shaved that baby mustache off"
