Borradito 

(mexican) spanish for a latino with light colored eyes....my abuela calls me it, i'm mexican, but my great grandmother was 100% native american, she had blue eyes, i was born with blue eyes and they changed to hazel.....
it isn't rare for a latino to have blue or green eyes....when you see one, remember the word "borradito"

A cowboy hat, as worn by a drunk (borracho) driver. A term coined by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) because a majority of all traffic stops of men wearing cowboy hats results in a DUI arrest.
