Turnism is an illness that effects about one in twenty thousand
people. A Turnism sufferer has to face the other way when they are feeling awkward or anxious. Turnism sufferers find it very difficult to meet new
people or date, as they often turn their back on the other person within seconds of the first meeting. Turnism sufferers cannot look themselves in the eye, and are very uncomfortable around mirrors. Turnism sufferers, like to eat alone, and
will take food to a private place,
like a toilet cubicle or broom cupboard. Acute symptoms of Turnism,
will lead sufferers to turn their IDs back to front in their wallet and even request to face downwards in their coffin upon their death; which typically occurs through a road traffic accident.
