A TVeeb is someone whom is addicted to TV shows and would never be caught not watching a TV series or making constant references to them.

John: "Did you ask Jules if she wanted to come?"
Lily: "Yeah, she rejected the offer. Something about Winter coming."
John: "Bloody TVeeb."
