Swooner 

A person who swoons, a term of affection

A Swooner makes every attempt to impress the opposite sex by kind words and gestures in order to show interest without being direct about the fact they are interested. For instance, one might use larger than normal words, or be particularly silly or nervous when they speak during swooning. The swooning itself is a true act of trying to win over the opposite sex in the efforts of securing a relationship with that person.

A person who hits on, flirts with, or generally acts interested in someone who is already actively being sought after in a romantic or sexual sense, drawing attention away from the original interested party to himself or herself.

I was talking with this hottie at the party when a swooper interrupted our conversation and would not leave him alone for the rest of the evening.
