A "Suck Puppy" is used to define someone who uses you for money and constantly blames other to divert attention from his leeching.

Cameron is such a Suck Puppy, he said Coltans brother came over to use the washer.

A derrogatory term for someone who is sucly but cool to be around. Can be used to describe any person or animal. Can also be use in place of suck up.
