When ones hair becomes messy either deliberately or accidentally from someone else's actions. It can also be described as a state of messy hair in general.

When a canine (Dog) lays flat on it's stomach and stretches it's arms and legs to the point of no return. It then relaxes it's muscles and goes limp.

Often this act is observed as adorable.
