shoppergasm

When you walk into a store, and gasp at a new shirt, pants, or toy you absolutely love. Most of the time these gasps resemble something you might hear on HBO late night or your neighbors prized collection of porn DVDs.

Nocturnal Shopping™

Definition:
Nocturnal Shopping is The act of spending money while wide awake at night—usually during episodes of insomnia—when you should be sleeping, journaling, or praying. Often accompanied by deep regret and Amazon, Walmart, or Macy's email confirmations. (The behavior of browsing or purchasing items online in the late-night or early-morning hours instead of resting, commonly justified as harmless but often leads to unexpected credit card charges and impulsive buys.)
