A portmanteau of "shit," "jizz" and "shower" used to describe the stepwise act of going to a bathroom to defecate, masturbate and then take a shower.

I have a big date tonight so I'm gonna take a shizzower.

Shittower

Shittower is Something you do before getting dressed to go to work you take a shit and then immediately shower.

However in some extreme circumstances and if you are in a real hurry you can combine the act of shiting and showering to just one act of shittowering.

I just finished my coffee and i am going to shittower and get out here.
