An American-Mexican sub culture slang term that is used as a characteristic descriptive for some one who is very bold and daring, even tough at times, someone who will not take anyone's "shit" so to speak, very close to the American slang term "Savage". Also depending on the situation and the context it's used, it can mean careless, in culmination with being bold and daring, Someone
standing up to a bully and knocking him out could be considered sebo, however someone being daring yet careless and
getting hurt or breaking something in
the process would be considered "sebo" like juggling wine bottles, dropping one and it breaking.
Two men are driving
down the road and are pulled over for no reason by a police officer trying to reach his quata, he wrongly assumes that because of their Mexican
heritage , location, expensive car and
expensive taste in attire that they must be drug dealers associated with a cartel. The two are actually a pharmacist and a car salesman both making a substantial income so can afford expensive things and are both only guilty of drinking on occasion and consuming cannabis
recreationally when not on the job or driving, however they live in a state where cannabis has been legalized for recreational use. The police officer approaches the car and proceeds to interrogate the two and demands to search them and the vehicle. However the salesman once upon a time had aspirations of practicing law, and knew much of it. He informed the police officer of the laws the officer had just broken and the rights of himself and his friend. He completely made a fool of the police officer , the police officer apologized and let the two gentleman go. While driving away the passenger, the pharmacist, exclaimed "Oralé bro that was fucking sebo as fuck wey, you straight put that po in his place!"
A group of friends are playing
call of duty, in a team deathmatch in a party online, one foolishly runs out in the open and inevitably gets shot and costs the team. One of them says "¡Sebo!" And proceeds to laugh and point at the person who was so bold yet foolish.
