Sods curse
Sods curse stays with someone from when they were born to when they die. Its relation to sods law or (Murphy’s law) depicts to when fate is mocking you. However in sods curse, fate mocks you your whole life making your experience with living incredibly horrible and pathetic. An example is if someone is clumsy by nature to a severe degree as in falling over, misplacing and walking into things resulting in pain. In latence terms you have luck so bad that is doesn't even seem possible to be that unlucky.

Significant Other Dependency Syndrome (SODS)
Significant Other Dependency Syndrome or SODS effects millions of north americans. The symptoms include but are not limited to : change in sleep patterns ex. staying in and passing out by 10 on a friday night, decreased attention on ones personal fitness level (often referred to as comfort weight), the inability to sleep comfortably alone, the necessity to be in constant contact and in severe cases they even multiply.
These people often socialize with their own type. It is very uncommon to find only a couple people with SODS at a party. They used to go through a ritual so we could identify these people easily by a quick glance at their left hand but now many have abandoned this ritual which leaves them unnoticed.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
