A standard operating procedure (SOP) is a set of step-by-step instructions usually

Created by a supervisor to help workers carry out routine operations. SOPs aim to achieve efficiency, quality output, and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication. These S.O.P.s are sometimes corrupted by higher-ups hell bent on proving their worth by placing said S.O.P. into a difficult to read and understand format and attaching their names to it in order to take credit for the work they did not do.

"How do you expect me to do this?"

Like for example an Asian who acts completely white.
Or a White guy who acts like a gangster
